Terms and Conditions for Hearth & Flame Provisions

Welcome to Hearth & Flame Provisions. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our online platform and all services provided by Hearth & Flame Provisions, including the purchase of products, consultation services, workshop registrations, and repair services. By accessing or using our online platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our online platform or services.

1. General Conditions

• Access to and use of our online platform is provided by Hearth & Flame Provisions, located at 2847 Islington Avenue, Unit 3A, Etobicoke, Ontario, M9V 2X7, Canada.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

• You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

2. Products and Services

• Product Descriptions: We strive to ensure that all descriptions of products, including barbecue grills, smokers, accessories, gourmet sauces, rubs, and marinades, are accurate and complete. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on our online platform are error-free, complete, or current. Colors and appearances may vary slightly due to display settings.

• Pricing: All prices for products and services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any product or service without notice at any time.

• Outdoor Kitchen Design & Installation: Consultation services for outdoor kitchen design and installation are subject to an initial consultation fee, which may be credited towards the project cost upon agreement. Specific terms for design and installation projects will be outlined in a separate agreement.

• Grilling Workshops & Events: Registration for workshops and events is subject to availability and full payment. Cancellation policies will be provided for each specific event at the time of registration.

• Repair & Maintenance Services: Service appointments for repair and maintenance of grilling equipment are subject to technician availability. A diagnostic fee may apply, which will be communicated prior to service. Specific terms of repair, including warranty on parts and labor, will be provided at the time of service.

3. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

• Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

• We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.

4. User Conduct

• You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the service, use of the service, or access to the service or any contact on the online platform through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.

• You agree not to transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

5. Intellectual Property

All content included on this online platform, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Hearth & Flame Provisions or its content suppliers and protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.
