Outdoor Kitchen Design & Installation: Consultation services for outdoor kitchen design and installation are subject to an initial consultation fee, which may be credited towards the project cost upon agreement. Specific terms for design and installation projects will be outlined in a separate agreement.

Grilling Workshops & Events: Registration for workshops and events is subject to availability and full payment. Cancellation policies will be provided for each specific event at the time of registration.

Repair & Maintenance Services: Service appointments for repair and maintenance of grilling equipment are subject to technician availability. A diagnostic fee may apply, which will be communicated prior to service. Specific terms of repair, including warranty on parts and labor, will be provided at the time of service.
3. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.
4. User Conduct
